Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Shiraz 750ml

This captivating wine greets you with intense aromas of dark berries, plums, and a whisper of peppery spice. On the palate, it unfolds layers of rich, velvety tannins and a hint of oak, leading to a beautifully long and balanced finish. Savor the complexity and elegance of this extraordinary Shiraz.

Sessions at Arden - Fine & Rare Wine and Spirits Expert.

Critic tasting note: (2019 vintage) "Jasper Hill's single vineyard Shiraz are never light-on-their-feet wines. They always express the heavy soils of this unique region. This vintage is in a particularly broody place. Deense but round in shape, aromas of plump plum and cassis, chocolatey oak, pencil lead, terra cotta and licorice are all there. Tannins are massive and a bit on the oaky and drying side. There's a distinctive texture and the fruit is there hiding behind all that power. This may just need a few more years to find its way. Christina Pickard" - 89/100, Wine Enthusiast

Brewer – Heathcote, Australia
